Black soap from Ghana and Nigeria, made the traditional way from roasted plantain skin and cocoa pod ash. Alongside it, small-batch bars handmade on Long Island from real fruit and vegetables - papaya and its seeds, heirloom tomato, persimmon, carrot and turmeric - all made without coconut oil.
