How much is shipping?

US orders of herbs, tea and body care over $50 ship free with Economy shipping. Below that, Economy starts at $4.90 and Standard at $6.90, depending on weight. Apparel and custom-printed pieces ship from our print partner at their own rates, and international rates are calculated at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Processing times vary by product and partner, and made-to-order pieces need production time before they ship. Items from different partners may arrive in separate packages. Need something by a specific date? Email us before you order and we will confirm the estimate.

Can I return something?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Perishable goods like herbs and tea, personal-care products and custom orders can't be returned. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right. Read the full refund policy.

Who makes what you sell?

Delmas 33 journals and our Haitian castor oil are our own label. Our herbs, teas and body care come from independent makers and suppliers we carry, and Spayce Hunii is a partner brand.
