HOW CUSTOMIZATION WORKS
- Upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background (preferred). JPG and PDF files are also accepted.
- We review your artwork for print quality and placement before production.
- If your file needs clarification, we will contact you before printing.
- Only submit artwork that you own or have permission to use.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Perishable goods like herbs and tea, personal-care products and custom orders can't be returned — but if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
