Artwork requirements
For the best print quality, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background whenever possible. PDF, JPG, and PSD files may also be accepted. Avoid blurry screenshots or images downloaded from social media. Only submit artwork that you own or have permission to reproduce.

Production information
Custom items are made to order through our production partner. Production and shipping times vary by item and destination. Because personalized products are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned for preference or sizing errors unless they arrive damaged or defective.
